John played baseball growing up and was a catcher. He still has his old equipment. Samuel has fun trying it on and loves seeing his daddy wearing it.

Waiting for Daddy

The boys love to wait outside for Daddy to get home from work. Here are few pictures of them outside one day as they were waiting and then the fun they had once Daddy got home.

New baby on the way

For those of you who have not heard yet, we are expecting again. We are very excited. The baby is due in April. It has been an adventure so far with me having appendicitis and needing surgery. But, we are doing pretty well now. Samuel is very excited. It is fun because he understands more of what is happening. He thinks that he will be the one to take care of the baby. He is sure that it will be a girl -- we will probably be finding out in about 2 weeks.

Timothy was playing around in the basement with one of Daddy's wrenches. It was almost as big as him.

Sam's first field trip

Samuel's class took a field trip to the orchards. Timothy and I went along too.

Fall trip to the lake

We went to the lake this fall. John helped his dad work on rebuilding a wall. The lake was lowered about 5 feet. The boys had a lot of fun.

Preschool for Samuel

This fall, Samuel started preschool. He loves it. Here are a few pictures from his first week.

We took the boys for ice cream to celebrate Samuel's first day of school.
